Nina Sellars

Sellars’ artwork explores the cultural implications engendered by the science of anatomy. Her artwork spans performance art to installations incorporating living tissue-cultured human cells, and has been exhibited both nationally and internationally – including at Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Rome, Italy – Human+: The Future of Our Species (2018); Perth Institute of Contemporary Art, Western Australia – HyperPrometheus: The Legacy of Frankenstein (2018); Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, Australia – New Romance: Art and the Posthuman (2016); Daejeon Museum of Art, Korea –Project Daejeon 2014: The Brain (2014).
